Our History

We were established in 2005 and our storm solution was one of the first ever CX platforms to move successfully to the cloud. Today, we lead in AI development for CX with our AI-orchestration layer, brain, which seamlessly orchestrates market leading AI technologies.

Today, we’re a global business with availability across six continents and offices across the Americas, Europe, and AsiaPac. Our clients include the world’s largest organizations; from insurers like AXA, Allianz and Aioi to retailers like Rakuten, to public-sector organizations like the NHS and the US federal government.
