Content Guru Named a Strong Performer in the 2024 Gartner® CCaaS Voice of the Customer Report

It was also recognized with a Customers' Choice Segment Distinction for Midsize Enterprise and Market Segment for Europe, the Middle East and Africa

Content Guru, one of the world’s largest vendors of cloud contact center and customer experience (CX) technology, today announced that it has been named a Strong Performer in the latest Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) Voice of the Customer Report. The report also recognized Content Guru with two Customers’ Choice distinctions in two segment views based on 54 Gartner Peer Insights™ reviews as of November 2023.

In the contact center as a service market, Gartner Peer Insights has published 1,444 reviews and ratings in the 18-month period ending 30 November 2023. Content Guru received the highest overall rating (4.8/5) and one of the highest ‘Willingness to Recommend’ (95%). Content Guru also placed in the upper-right Customers’ Choice Quadrant, for Midsize Enterprises and across EMEA. Additionally, the report found that 95% of customers that had left a review would be willing to recommend Content Guru.
