Queues and availability are completely aligned within storm across all devices. Answer and end calls, put the call on speaker, mute and unmute, and view History items.

Simple to Use

Different device, same process. Users receive calls through the storm platform in the same way as they would if they were using the Web iPath softphone, a PSTN-paired handset or a legacy IP telephone handset.
